I grew up drawing, painting and skateboarding in Miami, FL. I was highly influenced by the aesthetics of that culture and art within the community and that led me to graphic design. In my early 20's I started bartending, and as a side gig I designed the flyers for the bars and clubs I worked at. After a few years I quit slinging drinks and went full time as a freelance designer and moved to New York City. I can honestly say that was where I cut my teeth in more ways than one. I wouldn't be the person I am today without it.
A decade passed and I sold what I didn't need and packed what I did into a car and drove out to Los Angeles to start something new. I landed in Venice and I've been here for 7 years. In that time I've been lucky to have worked with some seriously talented people. Ignition Creative, 3AM, Watson DG, Tool of America, Walton Issacson, Blitz Interactive, A+R and more.
I'm currently available for hire in a freelance capacity.
Cheers. - Ryan O.
